By accessing or using TurboLetsHaveFun.motorcycles, booking a service, or purchasing a custom build, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide custom motorcycle builds, performance tuning, design and wrap services, and community ride events. All services are subject to availability and the specific quote agreed upon between you and TurboLetsHaveFun.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue and are stated in Euros (€), VAT (IVA) included unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on parts availability, scope changes, or unforeseen mechanical issues discovered during the build. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin any custom build. The remaining balance is due in milestones outlined in the build agreement. Final payment must be received before delivery or release of the motorcycle.
Estimated build times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts sourcing, custom fabrication, or external factors. We commit to providing weekly updates throughout your build.
Every build includes a 2-year mechanical warranty on labor performed by us, in line with Spanish consumer protection regulations. Elite tier builds include lifetime servicing as outlined in the agreement. Warranty does not cover normal wear, accident damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Riding motorcycles carries inherent risk. By participating in any TurboLetsHaveFun group ride, event, or test ride, you accept full responsibility for your own safety. We require valid riding licenses, insurance, and proper protective gear in accordance with Spanish traffic law (DGT) at all events.
All content on this site — including designs, photos, logos, and text — is the property of TurboLetsHaveFun.motorcycles and may not be reproduced without written permission. Custom designs created for clients remain confidential and exclusive to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a build before fabrication starts, you may receive a partial refund minus administrative fees. Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, mediation, or — if necessary — the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
